Enjoying Your Treatment

Before
Arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment to give yourself time to unplug and get in the right frame of mind.
To help with this, we ask that all digital devices be turned off.

During
It is common to undress completely for most services. During a Western massage, your body will remain covered, except for those parts your therapist is working on. During an Eastern massage, your body will remain covered with a towel or sheet throughout the entire service. We want you to feel complete comfortable and at peace during your treatment. So always feel free to communicate your needs and preferences with your therapist before and during your service. During your treatment, the therapist will employ different pressures to address different concerns and areas of the body. Therapeutic deep work should never make you feel uncomfortable. If at any time during your massage, you experience discomfort or pain, please alert your therapist immediately. Finally, relax, breathe, and close your eyes. This is your time.

After
Most of our services involve some sort of massage. Massage therapy promotes circulation and the release of toxins from body tissues. It is important that you drink extra water after your treatment to help flush the toxins from your body.

Communal Baths

A turn about our communal bathhouse is the perfect pre-spa ritual. A bathhouse visit can be added to any treatment for $15. We suggest arriving at least 30 minutes prior to your spa service appointment to enjoy the baths.
