We are currently seeking:

  • Spa Front Desk Host (Part Time, Including Weekends)

Spa Front Desk Host (Part Time, Including Weekends)

What you will be responsible for:

Providing quality guest service as it pertains to checking in/out of spa guests. You must be able to book spa reservations in an accurate and professional manner. This position requires cash handling and accuracy with daily accounting procedures.

Essential job qualifications include:

  • Ability to communicate in English with guests, Team Members and Spa management.
  • Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow-through, courtesy and cooperativeness; and to work with a minimum of supervision.
  • Ability to accurately compute simple mathematical calculations.
  • Ability to solve practical problems.
  • Ability to deal with guests, some of whom will require high levels of attention
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
  • Interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with co-workers and the public with patience, tact, and diplomacy to defuse anger.
  • Punctuality and reliable attendance.
  • High school graduate.
  • Previous spa or hospitality experience a big plus!
Massage Therapist (Part Time, Including Weekends)

What you will be responsible for:

Responsible for providing excellent guest experiences as it relates to performing massage and body treatments. All massage and body treatments must be performed according to Kabuki Springs & Spa policies, procedures, and service standards.

Essential job qualifications include:

  • Must hold a current California State (CAMTC) Massage License.
  • Must have a minimum completion of 500 accredited massage technician instructional education hours.
  • Two years professional spa experience, preferably in a high-end and/or hospitality environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with co-workers and the public with patience, tact, and diplomacy.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, must work one permanent weekend shift. Some holidays, evenings, and/or mornings may be required.
  • Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English (speak, read, write) with guests, co-workers and management to their understanding
  • Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, follow-through, courtesy, and cooperativeness.
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision.
  • Punctual, regular and reliable attendance.
Spa Attendant (Part Time, Including Weekends)

What you will be responsible for:

  • Perform basic clean-up and guest service in the spa and public areas. Assists therapists with treatments and assists guests with private baths.
  • Essential job qualifications include:
  • Pick up and carry out dirty linens as well as stock clean linen in proper locations, keeping track of daily inventories, etc.
  • Restock and maintain drinking water, tea, and other spa supplies for guests in the spa area.
  • Restock and maintain soap and product dispensers.
  • Restock dispensary and tea station supplies.
  • Monitor, control and report all inappropriate actions and behaviors of guest in the spa area.
  • Assist therapists in escorting guests to massage areas.
  • Understand Booker software and have the ability to locate appointments, Bliss Baths, treatments, and therapists.
  • Perform Bliss Baths according to standards with a professional and friendly manner.
  • Clean massage rooms as needed following Bliss Baths.
  • Communicate with guests in a professional and friendly manner regarding scheduled or scheduling treatments.
  • Clean public area and maintain the entrance to the spa.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of all public restrooms.
  • Be knowledgeable of all safety and emergency procedures.
  • Document maintenance needs and submit to proper person.
Esthetician (Part Time, Including Weekends)

What you will be responsible for:

Responsible for providing excellent guest experiences as it relates to performing facials and esthetics. All esthetic treatments must be performed according to Kabuki Springs & Spa policies, procedures and service standards

Essential job qualifications include:

  • Must possess a current and valid License from the Board of Barbering and Cosmetology from the State of California Department of Consumer Affairs.
  • Two years professional Spa/Salon experience, preferably in a high end and/or hospitality environment.
  • Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English (speak, read, write) with guests, team members, and management to their understanding.
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision.
  • Punctual, regular and reliable attendance.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, evenings and mornings.
